Everyone prioritizes safety, everyone responds to emergencies, keep emergency escape routes unobstructed

To further strengthen the enterprise’s awareness of work safety and enhance all employees’ fire safety knowledge and emergency handling capabilities, Guangzhou Jinpeng Shoes Co., Ltd. invited three firefighters from Dongchong Fire Squadron to the factory premises and organized a fire safety emergency drill themed “Everyone prioritizes safety, everyone responds to emergencies, keep emergency escape routes unobstructed” at 15:30 on July 28, 2026.

On-site Demonstration: Learning Fire-fighting Skills Up Clos

The drill officially kicked off on the open area of the factory compound. Firefighters from Dongchong Fire Squadron first gave all staff a detailed briefing on fire safety knowledge, including common fire categories, fire extinguisher operation methods and fire escape essentials. Afterwards, firefighters lit simulated fire in an iron bucket and demonstrated the standard operating procedures for putting out incipient fires with fire extinguishers, namely the four steps: carry, pull, aim and squeeze. They also highlighted key precautions for using dry powder fire extinguishers.

Full Staff Participation to Strengthen Practical Emergency Capabilities

Under professional guidance of firefighters, employees from all departments actively observed and took part in hands-on fire fighting exercises. Combining observation, learning and practice, workers mastered proper operation of fire extinguishers and learned practical ways to respond to initial fires rapidly and effectively. The whole drill proceeded in an orderly manner. Firefighters delivered standardized operations and detailed explanations, while all employees participated earnestly and actively, creating a strong on-site learning atmosphere.

Prevent Risks Through Drills and Consolidate the Enterprise Safety Line of Defense

This fire safety drill is a key initiative for the company to fulfill its primary work safety responsibilities and advance fire safety management. With professional firefighters providing on-site guidance, all employees have effectively improved their fire safety awareness and self-rescue and mutual-rescue capabilities, laying a solid foundation for a safe and stable production environment.

Taking this activity as an opportunity, the company will continuously strengthen fire safety management and conduct regular safety training and emergency drills.
