Heshan Jinpeng Footwear Co., Ltd. is a modern manufacturing base under Jinpeng Footwear. It was registered and founded in March 2020. As a key layout node for the group to optimize domestic industrial distribution and build a multi-factory collaborative production system, it supports the expansion of the group’s large-scale production capacity.

The factory is located in Heshan with complete local industrial supporting resources. Covering a land area of approximately 12,000 square meters, it is a standardized well-organized plant with well-planned overall layout, clear production zoning and full supporting facilities. The tidy and standardized production environment complies with modern shoemaking operation standards.

As an important collaborative hub within the group’s interlinked capacity system, the factory maintains in-depth coordination with the Guangzhou R&D Center and Anshun production base to realize technology sharing, resource complementarity and coordinated capacity scheduling. It focuses on standardized manufacturing of a full range of finished sports shoes, and also processes shoe accessories and textile fabrics to extend the group’s upstream and downstream industrial chain. Equipped with complete professional shoemaking assembly lines, the factory employs 300 on-site staff with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million pairs and stable, well-organized shipment schedules.

The factory obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification in 2020 and GRS Global Recycled Standard Certification in 2022. With standardized QC procedures, stable output, comprehensive supporting facilities and cross-base coordination capabilities, the Heshan plant acts as a vital production hub for Jinpeng Footwear to upgrade overall manufacturing strength and sustain stable cooperative channels with domestic and overseas clients.
