Mr. Ren Qin
Founder & Chairman
Mr. Ren Qin is the founder, major shareholder and group strategy director of Jinpeng Footwear. With over 20 years of experience across the full sports shoe industrial chain, he has long run OEM manufacturing for global brands and is thoroughly familiar with footwear market regulations, production techniques and supply chain systems at home and abroad. He established Jinpeng Footwear in Guangdong in 2010, setting the operation philosophy of “Craftsmanship for Quality, Integrity for Long-term Growth, Win-win for Market Expansion”. He successively built three intelligent production bases in Guangzhou, Heshan and Anshun, forming a complete industrial chain integrating original R&D, intelligent manufacturing, raw material supply and domestic & overseas sales. He oversees core matters including group investment & financing, factory infrastructure, premium brand cooperation and brand upgrading, focusing on quality control, new process development and talent team building. Under his leadership, the company has grown steadily from a startup workshop into a comprehensive standardized intelligent shoemaker. Our partners cover numerous sports brands across Europe, America, Southeast Asia and China, with a solid industry reputation built on stable product quality and reliable order fulfillment.
Mr. Zhu Chengjin
Co-founder & General Manager
Co-founder of Jinpeng Footwear, he boasts more than 20 years of hands-on experience in full-process shoemaking operation and takes full charge of daily group management. He supervises overall operation of three production plants, organizational structure optimization, internal system implementation, production-sales coordination and overall cost control. He promotes refined internal management, continuously upgrades operating standards for cutting, stitching and molding lines, streamlines cross-department collaboration between sales, production, procurement and finance, and builds a coordinated operation mechanism. He monitors every link from order confirmation to bulk delivery, boosts output yield and optimizes operational costs simultaneously. Multiple internal improvement projects led by him ensure stable achievement of annual business targets, and he collaborates with the Chairman to expand business scale and launch new factories.
Mr. Long Hongdong
Co-founder & General Manager
As co-founder with years of professional experience in original footwear development, he specializes in structural design for running, cross-training and casual sports shoes, plus application of eco-friendly new fabrics and lightweight materials. He fully manages the group R&D center and technical breakthrough initiatives. He regularly engages with global brands for ODM customization, supporting clients with scheme discussion, sample duplication, original pattern design, repeated prototyping and process optimization, keeping pace with worldwide sports shoe fashion and functional development trends. He led mass production launch of multiple new materials and crafts, upgraded the whole product R&D system, lifted the company’s differentiated customization capacity and new product iteration speed, and laid solid technical support for expanding mid-to-high-end OEM brand markets.
Mr. Xie Jianxiong
Co-founder & General Manager
Co-founder with over 20 years of shoemaking experience, he focuses on factory infrastructure execution, on-site production coordination and refined operation management. He participated in the whole cycle of site selection, workshop layout and mass launch for all three group factories, mastering complete manufacturing procedures for running, training and casual shoes. He coordinates order scheduling, manpower allocation, production cost control and safety management across multi-base operations, optimizes production plans to arrange bulk and rush orders efficiently, improves working procedures and reduces material waste. He established foreman training programs and implemented standardized 5S workshop management. Reliable production control enables on-time, on-quality delivery for partner brand orders.
Ms. Yang Qiuju
Partner & Production Manager, Anshun Base
Partner in charge of Anshun factory, stationed full-time in Guizhou to oversee daily operation, local manpower recruitment, logistics support, government liaison and site compliance administration. She built a local-fit production support system matching Anshun’s labor and supply chain conditions, rolling out site-specific production rules, staff welfare mechanisms and logistics guarantee plans. She strictly executes group targets, quality standards and safety regulations, raises workforce stability and workshop productivity steadily, and pushes forward capacity expansion and plant upgrade of the Anshun facility.
Mr. Wang Bin
Production Manager, Heshan Base
Lead manager of Heshan factory, equipped with years of manufacturing production management experience. He fully understands plant management duties and primary safety accountability, with proven practical skills in full-site operation, safety supervision, cost optimization and team leadership. Diligent, principled and decisive in execution, he excels at building standardized, refined production management frameworks. He reliably safeguards factory stable operation, quality & output improvement, cost control and compliant business via solid management of production safety, product yield and team retention.
Mr. Xi Baoting
Development Manager
R&D Department Manager with over ten years of footwear development administration experience, familiar with development techniques for business and casual footwear. His scope covers market trend research, new project approval, pattern development, sample inspection and mass production technical handover. He leads the R&D team, liaises with clients, raw material suppliers and cutting/stitching/molding workshops, optimizes development workflows to shorten sampling cycles and regulate R&D expenses. He researches eco-friendly new materials and innovative shoemaking crafts, launching multiple core products into mass production. Focused on product innovation, he balances technical feasibility and market demand to drive steady iteration, strengthening R&D backup for domestic and overseas market expansion.
Ms. Shen Yutian
Purchasing Manager
She oversees company-wide procurement of full-range shoe materials including upper fabrics, rubber outsoles, EVA accessories and metal hardware fittings. She maintains long-term partnerships with multiple raw material manufacturers, continuously screening reliable, cost-effective suppliers. Annual centralized bidding and bulk negotiation effectively cut procurement costs. A pre-inspection process for incoming goods ensures raw material quality and delivery schedules are controlled at the purchasing stage. She also develops a multi-region backup supplier pool to mitigate supply chain risks like price hikes and material shortages, guaranteeing steady raw material supply for all production bases.
Ms. Luo Yanhua
QC Manager
She built the company’s full-process quality control system, establishing three-tier QC standards: incoming material inspection, semi-finished inline patrol and finished goods pre-shipment sampling, plus a dedicated QC patrol team. She is well-versed in Chinese national standards as well as footwear import specifications for Europe, America and Southeast Asia, and supports annual factory audits for brand partners. She traces root causes of production defects and implements corrective actions, fine-tunes manufacturing details year by year to lower defect rates, ensures every shipment meets client acceptance criteria, and consolidates the brand’s quality control foundation.
Ms. Xiong Zhengfei
Production Planning Manager
She manages order review & splitting, production schedule planning, material follow-up and overall delivery deadline control. After receiving customer orders, she breaks down production tasks according to shoe craftsmanship, order volume and delivery timeline, coordinating with purchasing, warehouse and workshops to track material arrival status. She monitors daily workshop output, resolves emergencies such as material shortages, technical anomalies and capacity pressure promptly, adjusts schedules flexibly, and strictly manages every phase from production launch to warehousing, ensuring timely storage and orderly shipment for domestic and overseas orders.
Ms. Ouyang Sujuan
Human Resources Manager
She takes charge of full HR & administration operations across three bases: recruitment & staffing, performance appraisal, pre-job skill training, labor contract & social insurance formalities, campus logistics, and safety filing management. She designs annual talent reserve plans matching workshop labor demands, improves promotion paths for frontline technicians and management roles, plus employee benefit systems. Regular training sessions cover production safety and professional competence; she mediates labor relations and arranges logistics support smoothly, stabilizes the group staffing structure, fulfills manpower demands of all departments and supports stable operation of every factory.
