After-sales Support

Guided by customer demands, Jinpeng Footwear has built a full-cycle service system covering pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales. Supported by production bases in Guangzhou, Heshan and Anshun, we provide comprehensive after-sales assistance for all partners.

Quality Warranty

Multiple random inspections are carried out before finished goods leave the factory to ensure products meet agreed supply standards. For non-artificial defects in material or workmanship, warranty solutions will be implemented in accordance with signed contract terms.

Rapid Response

Our after-sales team is on duty on working days to handle customer inquiries. We verify issues promptly upon receiving feedback and formulate targeted solutions to shorten processing lead time.

Multi-location Service Sites

We operate manufacturing plants in Guangzhou, Heshan, Anshun and Liu’an. Resources can be deployed locally for returns, exchanges and repairs to cut logistics costs and waiting time.

Technical Consultation

Our production and R&D teams offer professional answers regarding patterns and craftsmanship, and provide customized suggestions based on actual order requirements.

Return & Exchange Service

Returns and exchanges are processed following signed cooperation agreements. For bulk goods with quality defects, optional solutions including repair, replenishment and replacement are available per contract stipulations.

All partner profiles are filed systematically. Regular after-sales follow-ups are conducted to collect feedback and continuously upgrade our products and supporting services.

After-sales Handling Procedure

  • Customer submits issue feedback → After-sales staff registers information
  • Inspect samples or delivered goods to identify root causes and liability
  • Supplier and buyer negotiate a resolution (repair, replacement, replenishment, compensation, etc.)
  • Execute agreed plan and update progress in real time
  • Follow up with customer upon completion and archive all relevant documents
