Jinpeng Footwear was founded in 2010 in Nansha, Guangzhou, the core city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. We are a modern integrated sports shoe manufacturer integrating independent R&D, original design, intelligent production, domestic & overseas sales and brand OEM services.

For over ten years, we have focused on the sports shoe sector. Taking full advantage of the Greater Bay Area’s industrial resources, we keep upgrading production lines and optimizing plant layout. We have abandoned the traditional extensive production mode and built an intelligent, standardized and large-scale industrial cluster. We have established a complete core industrial system equipped with an R&D center and a professional physical property testing laboratory. Three smart manufacturing bases are located in Guangzhou, Heshan and Anshun, covering the whole industrial chain from style development, material testing, standardized production to finished goods delivery. Thanks to our mature layout and complete supporting hardware and software, we enjoy steady competitiveness in domestic mid-to-high-end sports shoe OEM and customized production, with comprehensive R&D and manufacturing capabilities ranking at a good level in the industry.

Jinpeng Footwear owns sufficient overall production capacity with complete supporting facilities and solid industrial foundation. Our site covers a total land area of 20,000 ㎡, including 48,000 ㎡ of standardized workshops. We are equipped with 6 molding lines and 30 high-precision sewing machines, as well as advanced equipment for automated cutting, intelligent stitching, one-step molding and precision bonding. Our coordinated production lines flexibly handle small-batch customization and large-volume bulk orders with stable and smooth delivery schedules.

We have more than 1,200 on-site employees, consisting of professional R&D members, senior production management staff and standardized QC teams. Guided by scientific and standardized management systems, we strictly control workmanship, product quality and delivery lead times in all aspects.

We operate a wide factory layout with a full range of products suitable for all age groups, including kids’ sneakers, racing running shoes, cross-training shoes, professional badminton & tennis footwear, trendy casual skate shoes and other series. Benefiting from consistent stable workmanship, we provide long-term OEM, customization and supporting manufacturing services for sports brands worldwide. We maintain stable cooperative channels and have gained wide recognition from the market.

Our Guangzhou factory is furnished with complete precision testing equipment to examine core indicators such as upper materials, outsole toughness, anti-slip performance, wear resistance and eco-friendliness. Our stable annual output hits 3.7 million pairs. Our products are exported to dozens of overseas markets including Germany, Japan, Denmark and Southeast Asia, with export volume accounting for approximately 70% of total sales.
